Steven Rayo is a graduate from California State University, Monterey Bay. Since 2020, he has assisted Save The Whales throughout the Monterey Bay area with school outreach, litter cleanups, planting butterfly gardens, library programs, public events, and coordinating college volunteers. Steven enjoys the ocean and sharing his knowledge in Spanish with children and adults. He brings great enthusiasm to every activity.
